The first request for private protected wildlife area in ‘Aliabad Chehelgazi’, was offered to the administration of environmental protection of Yazd, on December 2010. The formal legal procedure began and even before getting the license for doing the private protected area, informal protections in the area started. There were many obstacles and problems from some governmental sections, some locals and hunters, but the resuscitation of some prominent unique types of animals and documentation of some rarely seen types happened very soon and supported protection activities in the area. However, cooperation of experts and managers of environmental protection organization rather than very poor frameworks shouldn’t be ignored. Finally, in February 2016 the private protected in this area was approved by environmental protection council.
